RESTRUCTURATION DE TROIS ANCIENS QUARTIERS DE LA VILLE DE GAROUA (CAMEROUN) À L’AIDE DU SIG

Télécharger PDFRESUME : Différentes opérations de restructurations se sont déroulées en Afrique ces dernières années et qui sont souvent justifiées par une certaine réorganisation de nos villes. Le présent travail est un projet de restructuration urbaine de trois quartiers importants à l’intérieur de Garoua au nord du Cameroun et qui sera généralisé après sur l’ensemble de la ville. La démarche méthodologique adoptée repose exclusivement sur la mise en place d’une base de données qui prendra en compte les éléments permettant une réorganisation optimale de la ville c’est-à-dire sur l’utilisation de l’outil SIG. Des résultats, il ressort, la réalisation d’un plan de restructuration du réseau routier, des dépotoirs d’ordures et des bâtiments soit au total 2035. Ce plan permet aussi la réalisation d’une mappe foncière qui est un instrument capital en matière cadastrale.

ABSTRACT: Various reforms took place in Africa in recent years, which were often justified by a certain restructuring of our cities. The present study is a project on the urban restructuring of three important districts within Garoua in North Cameroon and which will later be generalized on the whole city. The adopted methodological approach is exclusively based on the implementation of a database which will take into account elements that could enable an optimal restructuring of the city on the use of GIS tool. The upshot of this study is that, on one hand, the implementation of the restructuring plan on the road network, the waste dumps and the buildings, which are 2035 in number, and on the other hand the implementation of a land compilation map proposal which is a major instrument as far as cadastral survey is concerned.
